2. Moving Forward with Proposals & Agreements:
Service Proposal: We’ll send a customized proposal detailing the production variables and costs.
Agreement: Once we agree on the terms, we’ll exchange necessary documents like Purchase Orders (PO) and Billing Invoices (BI).
3. Setting Up Communication Channels:
Quick Chats: We’ll create messaging groups for real-time conversations.
Project Tracking: We’ll share a Digital Dashboard for managing tasks, schedules, and documents.
4. Dive into the Production Process:
Concept Development:
We’ll craft a strategy and concept focused on your objectives and audience.
We’ll present the concept, script, and storyboard for your approval.
Pre-Production:
We’ll finalize all shooting aspects and require a 50% -75% down payment before starting.
Production: This is where we bring your story to life!
Post-Production:
We’ll share the initial cut for your review and finalize the video after your approval.
Final payment is due upon submission of the final video.
